Please see “ 5.8 Analog Monitor “ for setting and scale adjustment of monitoring
signals. The window of analog output signal is -10V ~ 10V.
The resolution of analog output signals is 12bit.
The permissible maximum load current is 2.5[mA] or below.
The stabilization time is 15[us].
