Fuse panel
Cautions:
• Always t the correct fuse. Damage to
the wiring loom may occur if a higher rated
fuse is tted.
• Always nd the cause of a fuse failure
and correct the fault. If in doubt, consult
an electrician at your nearest Perkins
distributor.
A wiring loom, which includes a fuse
panel to protect the wiring from damage
by a short circuit, has been tted to your
engine.
The fuse panel (A) is situated above the
starter motor, behind the cover marked
“FUSES”, and is tted with the fuses listed
in the table. The fast fuse (A4) protects
the alternator if the battery cables are
connected to the wrong terminal.
To renew fuses (A1, A2 and A3)
Note: The fuses are protected by a
waterproof cover.
1. Release the two nuts and remove the
cover.
2. Pull the affected fuse out of its holder.
3. To remove the fast fuse (A4), release
the two nuts that fasten it to the fuse panel
and remove the fuse.
Pannello portafusibili
Attenzione:
• Montare sempre il corretto fusibile.
Se viene montato un fusibile di potenza
superiore il cablaggio potrebbe subire
danni.
• Scoprire sempre la causa di un fusibile
bruciato e correggere il guasto. In caso di
dubbi, rivolgersi ad un elettricista presso il
distributore Perkins di zona.
Sul motore è stato montato un cablaggio
di tipo migliorato, contenente un pannello
portafusibili, che lo protegge dai danni
causati da un cortocircuito.
Il pannello portafusibili (A) è situato
sopra il motorino di avviamento, dietro il
coperchio marcato “FUSIBILI”, e contiene
i fusibili elencati in tabella. Il fusibile ad
azione rapida (A4) protegge l’alternatore
se i cavi della batteria vengono collegati al
morsetto sbagliato.
Sostituzione dei fusibili (A1, A2 e A3)
Nota: I fusibili sono protetti da un
coperchio impermeabile.
1. Allentare i due dadi e togliere il
coperchio.
2. Estrarre il fusibile bruciato dal
portafusibile.
3. Per estrarre il fusibile ad azione rapida
(A4), allentare i due dadi che lo ssano sul
pannello portafusibili e quindi toglierlo.
Zekeringenpaneel
Voorzichtig:
• Breng altijd de juiste zekering aan.
Wanneer er een zwaardere zekering
wordt aangebracht, kan er schade aan de
kabelboom ontstaan.
• Zoek altijd de oorzaak voor het
doorbranden van een zekering en verhelp
de betreffende storing. Raadpleeg bij twijfel
een elektriciën bij de Perkins dealer bij u in
de buurt.
Uw motor is voorzien van een type kabelboom
waarin tevens een zekeringenpaneel is
opgenomen, ter voorkoming van schade aan
de bedrading t.g.v. kortsluiting.
Dit zekeringenpaneel (A) bevindt zich
boven de startmotor, achter de deksel met
het opschrift “ZEKERINGEN” en bevat de
zekeringen zoals vermeld in onderstaande
tabel. De snelle zekering (A4) beschermt de
wisselstroomdynamo tegen foutief aansluiten
van de accukabels.
Zekeringen (A1, A2 en A3) vervangen
Let op: De zekeringen worden beschermd
door een spatwaterdicht deksel.
1. Draai de twee moeren los en verwijder het
deksel.
2. Trek de betreffende zekering uit de houder.
3. Om de snelle zekering (A4) te kunnen
verwijderen, dient u de twee moeren los te
draaien waarmee de zekering is vastgezet
aan het zekeringenpaneel; verwijder daarna
de zekering.
