How to renew the element of
the air lter
M92 engines
1. Pull out the lter elements (A1) from the
recesses in the induction manifold. Either
wash the elements in a solution of soap or
renew them.
2. Push in the elements into the recesses
in the induction manifold.
M115T Engines
1. Disconnect the engine breather pipe
from the lter case. Release the hose clip
for the adaptor (B3) from the turbocharger
inlet. Release the setscrew that retains the
bracket to the lter case and remove the
air lter assembly.
2. Release the hose clip and remove the
adaptor (B3) from the lter case.
3. Remove the split pin (B1) from the
tube (B2) and remove the tube. Remove
the support tube (B4). Remove the lter
element (B5).
4. Clean the lter case and the support
tube with a clean rag. Either wash the lter
element in a soap solution or renew the
element.
5. Fit the lter element into the case. Fit
the support tube into the centre of the lter
element, ensure that the support tube is
engaged in the in the recess in the case.
Come sostituire la cartuccia del

Motori M92
1. Estrarre gli elementi del ltro (A1)
dai recessi nel collettore di aspirazione.
Lavare gli elementi in acqua e sapone o
sostituirli.
2. Calzare gli elementi nelle gole nel
collettore di aspirazione.
Motori M115T
1. Scollegare il tubetto di sato del motore
dalla scatola del ltro. Allentare la fascetta
dell’adattatore (B3) dall’ingresso del
turbocompressore. Svitare la vite che ssa
la staffa sulla scatola del ltro e smontare
il ltro dell’aria.
2. Allentare la fascetta e togliere
l’adattatore (B3) dalla scatola del ltro.
3. Estrarre la coppiglia (B1) dal tubetto
(B2) e scollegare il tubo. Togliere il tubo
di supporto (B4). Estrarre l’elemento del
ltro (B5).
4. Pulire la scatola del ltro e il tubo di
supporto con un panno pulito. Lavare
l’elemento del ltro in acqua e sapone
oppure sostituirlo.
5. Montare l’elemento del ltro nella
scatola. Montare il tubo di supporto al
centro dell’elemento del ltro, controllando
che il tubo di supporto faccia gioco nel
recesso nella scatola..
Vervangen van het
luchtlterelement
M92 motoren
1. Trek de lterelementen (A1) uit de
inkepingen in het inlaatspruitstuk. Was
de elementen uit met zeepsop of vervang
deze.
2. Duw de elementen terug in de
inkepingen in het inlaatspruitstuk.
M115T motoren
1. Maak de ventilatieleiding los
van de lterbehuizing. Maak de
slangklem op de adapter (B3) los van
de turbocompressorinlaat. Maak de
klembouten los waarmee de beugel
is vastgezet aan de lterbehuizing en
verwijder het luchtlter.
2. Maak de slangklem op de adapter (B3)
los van de lterbehuizing.
3. Verwijder de splitpen (B1) van de
leiding (B2) en verwijder de leiding.
Verwijder de hulpleiding (B4). Verwijder
het lterelement (B5).
4. Reinig de lterbehuizing en hulpleiding
met een veger. Was het element uit met
zeepsop of vervang dit.
5. Breng het lterelement aan in de
behuizing. Plaats de hulpleiding in het
midden van het lterelement en zorg
ervoor dat deze in de inkeping in de
behuizing valt.
