Low temperature fuels
Special winter fuels may be available for
engine operation at temperatures below
0
O
C. These fuels have a lower viscosity
and also limit the wax formation in the
fuel at low temperatures. If wax formation
occurs, this could stop the fuel ow
through the lter.
If you need advice on adjustments to an
engine setting or to the lubricating oil
change periods which may be necessary
because of the standard of the available
fuel, consult your nearest Perkins
distributor or Wimborne Marine Power
Centre, see page 6.
Combustibili per basse temperature
Per il funzionamento del motore a
temperature inferiori a 0

C possono
essere disponibili degli speciali
combustibili invernali che hanno una
viscosità più bassa e limitano anche la
formazione di parafna nel combustibile
alle basse temperature. L’eventuale
formazione di parafna, potrebbe ostruire
il passaggio nel ltro.
Se si desiderano dei suggerimenti sulla
messa a punto o registrazione del motore
o su come variare gli intervalli di cambio
dell’olio lubricante, necessari a causa
della diversa qualità del combustibile
disponibile, consultare il Concessionario
Perkins di zona o la Wimborne Marine
Power Centre, vedere pag. 6.
Brandstof voor lage temperaturen
Er zijn speciale winterbrandstoffen
verkrijgbaar voor temperaturen lager dan
0
O
C. Deze brandstoffen hebben een
lagere viscositeit en gaan tevens
vlokvorming in de brandstof tegen bij
lage temperaturen. Indien vlokvorming
optreedt, kan de brandstofstroom door het
lter worden belemmerd.
Indien u advies nodig hebt over het
afstellen van de motor of over het
verversingsinterval voor de smeerolie
vanwege de standaard beschikbare
brandstof, neem dan contact op met de
dichtstbijzijnde Perkins dealer, zie pagina
6.
