How to renew the engine
breather assembly
Cautions:
• It is important that the area around the
vent hole (A6) is kept clean and the vent
hole is not restricted.
• Ensure that the components of the
breather assembly are tted in their
correct positions. If they are tted
incorrectly, the engine can be damaged.
1. Release the hose clips (A1, A4 and A5)
and remove the hoses from the engine
breather assembly.
2. Release the two setscrews (A2) that
retain the breather assembly to the the
cylinder block. Remove and discard the
assembly (A3). Fit the new assembly and
tighten the two setrscrews.
3. Fit the hoses, ensure that they are in
their correct positions. Tighten the hose
clips.

Attenzione:
• È importante che la zona attorno al foro
di sato (A6) venga mantenuta pulita e
che il foro non sia intasato.
• Controllare che i componenti dello
sato siano montati nelle posizioni
corrette. Se sono montati in modo errato, il
motore potrebbe subire danni.
1. Allentare le fascette (A1, A4 e A5)
e scollegare i essibili dallo sato del
motore.
2. Allentare le due viti (A2) che ssano
lo sato sul monoblocco. Rimuovere e
scartare il gruppo (A3). Montare il nuovo
gruppo e serrare le due viti di fermo.
3. Collegare i essibili, controllando che
si trovino nelle posizioni corrette. Serrare
le fascette.

Voorzichtig:
• Het is van belang dat het gebied rond
de ventilatie-opening (A6) schoon blijft en
dat de ventilatie-opening vrij blijft.
• Zorg ervoor dat de onderdelen van
de motorventilatie op de juiste plaatsen
worden aangebracht. Is dit niet het geval,
dan kan de motor beschadigd raken.
1. Maak de slangklemmen (A1, A4 en
A5) los en verwijder de slangen van de
motorventilatie.
2. Maak de twee klembouten (A2) los
waarmeer de ventilatie is vastgezet op het
motorblok. Verwijder de ventilatie (A3) en
gooi deze weg. Breng de beschermkap
aan en haal de twee klembouten aan.
3. Breng de slangen aan; let erop
dat deze op de juiste plaats worden
aangesloten. Haal de slangklemmen aan.
