5. Rotate the crankshaft in a clockwise
direction until the valve (B5, page 54)
has just opened and the valve (B6, page
54) has not closed completely. Check
the clearances of the valves (B3, page
54) and (B4, page 54) and adjust them, if
necessary.
Caution: If the outer cap nuts for the
rocker cover are overtightened, the stud
and plate assembly for the rocker pedestal
may be damaged.
6. Fit the rocker cover. Ensure that the
cap nuts, washers and the rubber seals
are tted correctly. Tighten the cap nuts to
30 Nm (22 lbf ft) 3,1 kgf m. Fit the breather
pipe.
5. Ruotare l’albero motore in senso orario
no a quando la valvola (A5) si è appena
aperta e quella (A6) non si è ancora
chiusa completamente. Controllare il gioco
delle valvole (A3) e (A4) e registrarlo, se
necessario.
Attenzione: Se i dadi angiati esterni
del coperchio bilancieri vengono serrati
eccessivamente, il prigioniero e la piastra
del piedistallo del bilanciere possono
subire danni.
6. Montare il coperchio bilancieri.
Controllare che i dadi angiati, le rondelle
e le tenute in gomma vengano montati
correttamente. Serrare i dadi angiati a 30
Nm, 3,1 kgf m. Montare il tubetto di sato.
5. Draai de krukas met de klok mee totdat
klep (A5) net open gaat en klep (A6)
niet helemaal is gesloten. Controleer de
speling van de kleppen (A3) en (A4) en
stel deze, indien nodig, af.
Voorzichtig: Indien de moeren van het
buitenste deksel voor het kleppendeksel te
vast zijn aangehaald, kunnen tapeind en
plaat voor de tuimelaarsteun beschadigd
raken.
6. Breng het kleppendeksel aan.
Zorg ervoor dat de dekselmoeren,
onderlegringen en de rubberen pakkingen
op de juiste wijze zijn aangebracht. Haal
de dopmoeren aan met 30 Nm (22 lbf ft)
3,1 kgf m. Breng de ventilatieleiding aan.
