To unlock trunk with request switch
(if equipped)
Press the request switch on the trunk to unlock.
To unlock trunk with transmitter or smart
key
Press button on the transmitter (or smart key)
for more than 1 second to unlock.

To unlock trunk with opener
Pull up the opener located under the driver’s
seat to unlock.
w WARNING
• Make sure the hood is securely
closed and latched before driving.
Otherwise, the driver’s vision will be
blocked if the hood is fully opened
without notice.
• While driving, if you notice that
the hood is not securely locked,
stop your vehicle immediately to
the side of the road and latch the
hood securely.
