The system contains a local Web Configuration Utility server for user and administrator features. Note that
several of these parameters can be used with Microsoft Skype for Business Server and have two default
states: a generic default value and a different value when the system is registered with Skype for Business
Server. The following table lists the default values for both states where applicable.
The web server supports both basic and digest authentication. The authentication user name and password
are not configurable for this release.

The TTL describes the time period the system uses the configured static cache record. If a dynamic network request
receives no response, this timer begins on first access of the static record and once the timer expires, the next
lookup for that record retries a dynamic network request before falling back on the static entry and its reset TTL timer
again.
