FIGURE 3: PROPER HOSE CLAMP INSTALLATION
All connections equal or greater than of 2-in OD
have doubled clamps (two clamps side by side)
with screw housing separated from at least 90°.
A torque wrench should be used for proper
installation. Clamps should be tightened at
ambient temperature.
TORQUE: 30 lb-in (3.39 Nm)

CAUTION
Do not over-tighten, especially during cold
weather when hose has contracted.
