7. Select Sink device by pressing the adjacent soft key to specify that the device under
test is a sink.
Alternatively, you can specify the device under test as a sink using the following
commands:
CPTX:DUTT 0 // specifies the device under test as a sink.
You can query the current value of the parameter with:
CPTX:DUTT? // returns the device under test type.
8. Specify the remaining parameters through the EditPCP menu on the front panel using
in the using soft keys adjacent to each item and the up and down arrow keys on the
right side of the front panel. Refer to the table above for a list of the parameters and
their meaning.
Alternatively, you can specify the parameters through the command line as follows:
CPTX:CTSV 1.2 // specifies which HDCP CTS you wish to test to.
Values are 1.1 for CTS 1.1 and 1.2 for CTS 1.2.
CPTX:SRFT 0 // indicates whether DUT (sink) supports 1.1
features such as Advanced Cipher and Enhanced
Link Verification. 1 = yes; 0 = no.
CPTX:WAIN 0 // indicates whether DUT (sink) supports the handling
of Ainfo commands sent by the source device.
Values are: 1 = yes; 0 = no.
CPTX:SNAS 0 // indicates whether DUT (sink) supports audio
output. Values are: 1 = yes; 0 = no.
9. For the 2C-01 tests, you will run the test 2 times for each setting of the Short Read Ri
parameter. You can set these parameters either through the 882 front panel or the
command line as follows:
CPTX:CRIP 0 // Specifies short read.
CPTX:CRIP 1 // Specifies combined read.
10. For the 2C-04 tests, you will run the test 6 times for each combination of settings for
the Short Read Ri parameter and position of the encryption enable pulse (leading,

OESS Encryption Enable Pulse Indicates where the encryption enable pulse is located
in the vertical blanking. Values are: Cent (for central);
