Updates
Software updates for the field computer will be available periodically from the Raven web site:
www.ravenhelp.com
Note: Screens and prompts may display differently depending upon the version of operating system and
the PC or laptop on which the field computer update is downloaded. For additional assistance,
refer to the user help information for your specific browser or operating system.
1. Locate the latest Envizio Pro update.
Note: Verify that the correct product and software version is displayed at the top of the release notes
before proceeding.
2. Select “View” to review the software release notes for the new software version. The release notes page
may have important information about the software update and how updating the field computer may affect
operation. Please read this page and be sure to follow any special instructions.
3. Select the “Download” link to begin downloading the software update.
