below the transducer by using the A-Scope feature. The width of the bottom area
covered by the A-Scope is indicated by the number at the bottom of the window.
‘A-SCOPE modes
When A-Scope is on you can select one of three display modes:
To display the A-Scope image
1. Select A-Scope on the SELECT VIEW softkey.
2. Choose your mode on the A-SCOPE MODE softkey.
6.7 Range control
Changing the range
You can change the range for each displayed frequency from the Range Adjust
toolbar, which gives you control over the range and range-shift settings.
The DSM automatically adjusts the display to show the shallowest required range.
Alternatively, you can range in or out on the image, up to the maximum depth
displayed on the scrolling bottom and A-Scope images. Changes to the range affect
all fishfinder windows.
