USB POWER
The following expanders feature a USB 2.0 (Type A) power out connector:
DSMC2 Jetpack Expander
DSMC2 V-Lock I/O Expander
DSMC2 REDVOLT Expander
The USB power out connector supplies 5 V of power. The maximum sustained current draw is 1.5A.
You can use the USB power out connector to provide power to an attached HDMI wireless transmitter.
NOTE: The USB connector only offers power out, and does NOT support USB communication.
AUX POWER (P-TAP)
The DSMC2 V-Lock I/O Expander features an AUX power out connector. The AUX power out connector features
an industry-standard P-Tap connector and supplies conditioned VBATT at a maximum of 3.0A of power.
