Deleting a Locked Print File
If the printed document is not as you expected, you can delete the locked print
file.

On the machine's control panel, press the {

}}
} key to display the printer
screen.

Press [Locked & Sample Print Job List].
A list of the print files stored appears.

Press [Locked Print Job List].
A list of locked print files stored appears.

Select the file you want to delete by pressing it.
Note
❒ Press [U

U Prev.] or [T

TNext.] to scroll through the list.
❒ To cancel a selection, press the highlighted file again.
❒ Only one file can be selected at a time.

Press [Delete].
The password screen is appears.

Enter the password using the number keys, and then press [OK].
A delete confirmation screen appears.
Note
❒ The confirmation screen will reappear if the password was entered incor-
rectly. Press [OK] to enter the password again.

Press [Yes].
After the file has been deleted, the printer screen reappears.
Note
❒ Press [No] to cancel the delete request.
