Staple
Use this function to staple sheets of printed paper together.
Limitation
❒ When stapling, use the finisher option. See General Setting Guide or Printer Ref-
erence.
Note
❒ The stapling location might differ depending on the orientation of the ma-
chine set in the printer and the orientation of the data to be printed. For de-
tails, see Printer Reference.

Punch
Use this function to punch holes in the printed documents.

❒ Punch positions and the number of punch holes that are available will change
depending on the type of finisher, the original's orientation, and the printing
