Registering Names
Registering names in the Address
Book is useful for selecting e-mail
destinations when you send e-mail.
You can also use the name as a folder
destination.

the Document Server. For de-

To select the title
A Press the key for the classifica-
tion you want to use under Se-
lect Title.
Note
❒ The keys you can select are as
follows:
• [Freq.]…
Added to the page
that is displayed first.
• [AB], [CD], [EF], [GH],
[IJK], [LMN], [OPQ],
[RST], [UVW], [XYZ]…
Added to the alphabetical
group selected.
• [1] to [10]…Added to the
category number selected.
❒ You can select [Freq.] and one
more page for each title.
