Tools
The Ping tool tests the connectivity between the access point and the IP address or
URL. The message "Ping failed" indicates that the access point cannot reach the IP
address or URL.
The Traceroute tool displays the network path to a specific IP address or URL.
The DNS Lookup tool displays the DNS server address used to resolve a URL.
Enter an IP address or a URL, and click Start. If you need to perform the ping or
Traceroute operation, configure other parameters as required.
