66 Programming SATEL
Partitions for the 11. CHIME type output, you can indicate the partitions from which the user
will be able to block the output using the OUTPUTS CHIME function.
5.7 120. Thermostat output parameters
Temperature detector indicate the zones to which the wireless temperature detectors or
ABAX 2 wireless devices provided with a temperature sensor are assigned.
Temperature T1 the first temperature threshold. It is active when all control timers are OFF
or the forcing output is active. If the temperature threshold is active, the output will be
turned on if the temperature drops below the threshold.
Temperature T2 the second temperature threshold. It is active when the control timer is
ON or the forcing output is inactive. If the temperature threshold is active, the output will be
turned on if the temperature drops below the threshold.
Hysteresis temperature difference between turning the output on and off. The output will
be turned on when temperature drops below the threshold by a value higher than the
hysteresis. The output will be turned off when temperature rises above the threshold.
Hysteresis is used to eliminate the undesirable output state changes when temperature
fluctuations occur. Programming “0” means that hysteresis is equal to 0.5°C.
The user can edit the temperature thresholds and hysteresis using the TEMPERATURES
user function available in the CHANGE OPTIONS submenu.
Output forcing T1 you can indicate the output which will force the first temperature
threshold. If the output is active, the first temperature threshold will be active. When the
output is inactive, the control timers will decide which temperature threshold is active.
The output 256 cannot be indicated as the forcing one.
Timers controlling T1/T2 you can indicate the timers which will control the temperature
threshold. When the control timer is ON, the second temperature threshold will be active
(unless the forcing output is active).
The user can edit the parameters of control timers using the TIMERS user function
available in the CHANGE OPTIONS submenu.
5.8 Output groups
The outputs of MONO SWITCH, BI SWITCH, REMOTE SWITCH, SHUTTER UP and SHUTTER DOWN
type can be grouped by the function performed by them. Each group may be given a name.
The output groups can be defined:
using the keypad, in the service mode, by means of the OUTPUT GROUPS function,
using the DLOADX program, in the “Output groups” window (to open the window, press
the “Output groups” button in the “Outputs” window).
If all outputs are assigned to one group of outputs, the keypad will not display the list
of output groups upon starting the REMOTE CONTROL user function, but it will
immediately display the list of outputs which can be controlled.
The output can be assigned to a few groups.
If the output is not assigned to any group, it cannot be controlled from the keypad.
