Note
Redundant AddFEM: Errors in the process output signals are displayed with the LED
EXTF. If a signal error occurs at the master module, the reserve module takes over the
master function. The error display EXTF cannot be canceled until the module emits ac-
tive signals again, i.e. takes over the master function.
