Replacing the motor operator of the 3KC4 transfer switching equipment
Turn off and lock out all power supplying this device before working on this device.
Installation and maintenance work on this device must be carried out by authorized persons
with the appropriate electrical training only.
The following steps describe the replacement of the motor operator on the 3KC4 transfer
switching equipment.
1. Switch the transfer switching equipment from "Auto" mode to "Manual" mode.

2. Switch the transfer switching equipment to position 0 (OFF).
3. Press the button on the cover cap.

4. Slide the cover cap carefully backwards and remove it.
5. Remove the power supply of the transfer switching equipment (pin 301 and 302).
6. Remove the control inputs (pins 312-317).

7. Remove the outputs (pins 63, 64, 24, 14, 04, 13).
