If the power supply of the 3KC4 transfer switching equipment is not drawn from an external
power supply system, separately available accessories are necessary. This is described in
the following sections.
Mounting and connecting the dual power supply (DPS)
The 3KC4 transfer switching equipment can be supplied from two 230 V AC power supply
systems with the dual power supply (3KC9625-1). The dual power supply can be used for all
3KC4 devices.
Properties of the dual power supply
● Active starting from 200 V AC
● Maximum voltage: 288 V AC, frequency: 45 to 65 Hz
● Internal fuse: Each input is protected with a fuse up to 3.15 A.
