The syntax for $P_CHBFRAME[<n>] is identical to $P_PFRAME.
Meaning
CTRANS: Translation of specified axes
CROT: Rotation around specified axes
CSCALE: Scale change on specified axes
CMIRROR: Direction reversal on specified axis
X, Y, Z: Offset value in the direction of the specified geometry axis
<offset value>: Offset value
<angle>: The angle with the rotation
<scale>: Scale value
