The message indicates that the key-cutting machine is
unable to complete an X movement because it goes
beyond the limits set for the X axis.
Possible causes:
a key with too long a bit has been used.
a negative MANUAL adjustment has been made to X on
the clamp or adapter used to grip the key.
a negative MANUAL adjustment has been made to X on
the circuit board by means of the SILCA KEY
PROGRAMS program.

The SKP program version transmitting the data to the
machine is incompatible with the SW version of the
machine program.
Solution:
update the SKP program with a compatible version.
Nº 16
The cutter is working under pressure and the motor cannot
guarantee the minimum number of revs. The machine has
made unsuccessful attempts to reduce cutting speed.
Possible causes:
the key material has not been selected properly; this
parameter is important for setting the correct cutting
speed:
the cutter is worn
the bit is too thick.
the key material is very resistant.

The message indicates that the procedure for detecting
the beginning of the bit for a FEMALE FRONT STOP key
has been unsuccessful.
Possible causes:
the key is not properly positioned
The E2 adapter (centring device for female keys) is not
fitted properly.
electrical contact by the cutter is not working.
the tailstock is not the one expected.

The message indicates that the height of the key bit
exceeds the maximum dimension allowed.
