Operate as follows:
1) Loosen the screw (G) 1)on the S100
clamp.
2) Pull out the mobile clamp unit (B).
3) Fit the
E7 adapter into the S100 clamp,
then tighten the screw (G).
4) Fit the original key into the
E7 adapter so
that the key stem (rectangular or round)
fits perfectly into its seat. The key head will
protrude from the side marked E7,
whereas the bit will fit inside the adapter,
not in contact with the stop but at approx.
2-3 mm. (fig. 39). When this condition is
reached, tighten the grub screw (C) to
secure the key.
5) Push the
E7 adapter until the side (Y) is
butting against the fixed part of the S100 -
A clamp.
6) Press the START key to continue.
7) When the reading process starts the
carriage will take the key into contact with
the laser beam along an ideal path.
