CUTTING
ATTENTION: the “cutting STOP” is not presented automatically by the machine. The operator must identify it
from the diagram on page 49 and enter it from the keyboard when the display requires it.
CUTTING (Stop 1) / DECODING SSN 110
Remove the plate (P) in order to fit the key blank
into the rotating clamp (S1) from the front
(*)
placing
the stem into the “V” on the jaws of the K2 tailstock.
Take care to keep the bit in the horizontal position
and the key stop up against the stop (STOP 1).
Secure the key by tightening the jaw screw (W2)
with the (T4) wrench (fig. 65).
Replace the (T4) wrench in its seat.

(Stop 2)
Raise the positioning plate (P) and fit the key blank
into the rotating clamp (S1) from the front
(*)
placing the stem into the “V” on the jaws of the K2
tailstock. Take care to keep the bit in the horizontal
position and the key stop up against the stop
(STOP 2) achieved by fitting the plate (P) into its
seat and securing the key by tightening the jaw
screw (W2) with the (T4) wrench (fig. 66).
Replace the (T4) key in its seat.

(Stop 3)
Raise the positioning plate (P) e and fit the key
blank into the rotating clamp (S1) from the front

placing the stem into the “V” on the jaws of the K2
tailstock. Take care to keep the bit in the horizontal
position and the key stop up against the stop
(STOP 3) achieved by fitting the plate (P) into its
seat and securing the key by tightening the jaw
screw (W2) with the (T4) wrench (fig. 67).
Replace the (T4) wrench into its seat.
