Conference phone operaon
Ending a conference call
Press one of the following so keys:
•
End
to hang up on both calls.
•
Split
to put both calls on hold. The screen shows informaon for the second
call. You will remain on the second call and your rst call is put on hold.
•
Bridge
to combine the rst and second calls and return your phone to idle
mode.
Seng up a network conference
A network conference is hosted by your service provider and allows mulple pares
to join a conference. A Network Conference works in a similar way to the regular
conference described above, except that the
Split
and
Bridge
funcons will not
be available.
In addion, the so keys
Add
and/or
AddCall
will appear during a conference,
allowing you to add more pares to the ongoing conference call.
Retrieving messages
The phone displays the New Message alert screen when you have a new message.
On the New Message alert screen, you can press:
•
Exit
to return to the Idle screen.
•
View
to access your messages. The Message menu appears.
The Message menu displays the mailboxes you can access from your phone. If your
phone has more than one line, you may be able to access mulple mailboxes.
Press p or q to highlight the desired mailbox and press to access messages in that
mailbox.
When there is no New Message alert screen, you can access the Message menu using
the phone menu.
Viewing the Message menu
1. When the phone is idle, press .
2. With Features highlighted, press .
