6.2.2 Lifting and lowering hoeing elements mechanically
The following hoeing elements are lifted or lowered mechanically:
n Basic-Elements
n TRS-Elements
n Combi-Elements with lifting mechanism
n Finger weeder arms with lifting mechanism
INFORMATION
For uniform weed control, the working depth must be
identical for all elements. After lifting and lowering the
hoeing elements several times, the user must check the
working depth.

CAUTION
Risk of being crushed at moving mechanical compo‐
nents
Components with a high dead weight can move down‐
wards independently.
NEVER reach between components that can move
independently under their own dead weight.
When moving the components manually: Wear pro‐
tective gloves.
6.2.2.1 Lift and lower Basic-Element and TRS-Element
Basic-Element and TRS-Element are mechanically lifted and lowered in
the same way.
