touch pad to acknowledge alarm.
2. Cold water supply valve not fully open – open building and
washer supply valves.
3. Building water supply valve not fully open – check and
open building supply valve as necessary.
4. Improper cooling time – check for cooling time in Service
mode.
5. Not enough building water pressure – check water pressure
is as specified on equipment drawing. Adjust building
water pressure.
6. Not enough water pressure on unit – check and adjust or
replace cold water manual ball valve, strainer and check
valve.
7. Defective cooldown tank water fill valve – check and replace
as necessary.
8. Cooldown tank RTD malfunction – check and calibrate or
replace as necessary.
9. Defective sump drain ball valve(s) (always open) – repair or
replace valve(s) as necessary.
• Alarm is triggered by:
Cooling time reaches 0 and cooldown tank temperature is
above setpoint.

2. Improper draining time – check draining time in Service
mode.
3. Cooldown tank low water level float ball malfunction –
check operation of float. Clean or replace as necessary.
4. Defective cooldown tank dump ball valve (always closed) –
repair or replace valve as necessary.
5. Cooldown tank check valve is plugged – check or replace as
necessary.
6. Drain line clogged – Flush out line.
7. Defective cooldown tank cold water fill valve (always open)
– check and replace as necessary.
8. Defective sump drain ball valve(s) (always open) – repair or
replace valve(s) as necessary.
• Alarm is triggered by:
Cooldown tank low level switch signal on slot 1 in 12 and
there is less than 20 seconds remaining.
