4. Adjust microswitch by slightly bending switch
lever.
5. Replace microswitch box cover. Verify roller on
switch lever comes through cutout in box cover.
6. Unlock building electrical supply disconnect switch
and set to ON. Open unit supply valves and turn
power switch to ON.
7. Run a cycle and open door to verify Microswitch
operation.
7.2.3 Window and Window Gasket Replace-
ment
See Figure 7-1.
1. Position POWER switch to OFF.
2. Remove window and gasket as follows:
a. Open chamber door.
b. Locate end of seal wedge in window gasket on
inside of door.
c. Pry end of wedge out of gasket groove. Pull on
loose end of seal wedge to remove wedge from
gasket groove.
d. Pull inside lip of gasket away from window
glass and carefully remove glass.
e. Remove and discard used gasket.
3. Install new gasket around window opening in door.
4. Starting in lower corner, place new window glass
into gasket groove. Work glass into place along
lower edge first, then, up both sides, and then along
top edge of gasket. Make sure window is securely
fitted into gasket groove.
5. Using window gasket installation tool (P117950-
035), pry to open groove in gasket and place one
end of wedge into groove.
6. Slowly pull installation tool along gasket while
pushing wedge into groove behind tool. Continue
around entire window.
7. Ensure gasket, window and wedge are securely in
place. Apply on inside of door only, a thin layer of
silicone sealant over joint between gasket and door.
8. Close door and position POWER switch to ON. Run
a cycle to verify gasket does not leak.
7.3 HOW TO REPLACE INTERIOR
LIGHT LAMP
1. Lock unit electrical disconnect switch in OFF posi-
tion.
2. Unscrew old lamp from socket and replace with a
new one.
3. If you need to replace socket assembly, proceed as
follows:
a. On top of unit unplug cable connector (IL).
b. On top of light assembly, remove two screws
fastening socket to holder.
c. Replace socket with a new one.
d. Fasten socket with two screws previously
removed.
e. Plug in cable connector (IL).
4. Unlock unit electrical disconnect switch and put in
ON position.
