Operating Instructions Operator Manual 920509-645
Instruction remains on screen until door(s) is opened.
Cautiously open chamber door to vent remaining steam vapors.
Allow chamber to cool a few minutes before removing load.
Display returns to Cycle Selection menu.
NEUTRALIZATION (Option)
Time Base (option):
Recirculation pump and carriage system are activated all
through neutralization phase.
Selected pump is energized for the amount of time set into cycle
phase (recirculation pump and jet valve are energized during
neutralization process).
pH METER IN SUMP (Option) (Without Cooldown Tank):
Recirculation pump and carriage system are activated all
through neutralization phase.
NOTE: "inject", "containment", "wait" and "mix" time referred in
the following section are values that can be set in service mode.
There is an "inject", "containment" and "wait" value for each
neutralizer pump.
– IF pH is not within allowed range:
Appropriate pump is pulsed ON and OFF until pH is within
allowed range. The ON time of pump is the "inject" time if
treatment uses detergent and pH has not overshoot. Otherwise
the "containment" time, which is a shorter injection time to
prevent overshooting, is used.
The OFF time of pump is the "wait" time.
– IF pH is within allowed range:
When pH value is within allowed range, water is mixed for the
"mix" time to ensure water remains within allowed range. If water
gets out of allowed range, control resumes injection.
If water is not within allowed pH range within 9 injections (default
value adjustable in service mode) an alarm is generated.
pH METER IN COOLDOWN TANK (Option) (With Cooldown
Tank):
Mixing motor is activated all through neutralization phase.
