12. Alarm sounds and screen
displays:
ACID TANK
TOO LONG TO DRAIN
and printer prints:
ALARM: HH:SS:MM
ACID TANK TOO LONG TO
DRAIN
1. Press ACK touch pad to acknowledge alarm.
2. Transfer valve closed – call STERIS.*
3. Floor drain obstructed – flush out line.
4. Press RESUME CYCLE touch pad to resume cycle operation.
5. If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.*
13. Alarm sounds and screen
displays:
ACID TANK RTD FAILURE
and printer prints:
ALARM: HH:SS:MM
ACID TANK RTD FAILURE
Faulty RTD sensor in detergent tank.
1. Press ACK touch pad to acknowledge alarm.
2. Faulty RTD sensor in detergent tank – clean as necessary.
3. Press RESUME CYCLE touch pad to resume cycle operation.
4. If situation reoccurs, call STERIS.*

and printer prints:
ALARM: HH:SS:MM

1. Press ACK touch pad to acknowledge alarm.
2. Steam supply valve not fully open – open building and washer sup-
ply valves.
3. Temperature set too high – decrease programmed temperature set
point.
4. Fill water temperature too low – increase temperature of building
water supply.
5. Faulty RTD sensor in detergent tank – clean as necessary.
6. Press RESUME CYCLE touch pad to resume cycle operation.
7. If situation reoccurs, call STERIS.*
15. Alarm sounds and screen dis-
plays:
EMERGENCY STOP CABLE
ACTIVATED
and printer prints:
ALARM: HH:SS:MM
EMERGENCY STOP CABLE
ACTIVATED
Safety cable pulled.
1. Press ACK touch pad to acknowledge alarm.
2. Open chamber door and remove obstruction from chamber. Press
RESUME CYCLE touch pad to resume cycle operation or press
ABORT CYCLE touch pad to abort cycle operation.
3. Safety cable too tight – call STERIS.*
4. Press RESUME CYCLE touch pad to resume cycle operation.
5. If situation reoccurs, call STERIS.*
