Cleaning the electrical system
WARNING
Do not spray directly onto the electric motors, other
electric components, brakes and bearings.
NOTE
Use only dry cleaning agents suited for this
purpose. Do not remove shielding covers, etc.
– Clean and blow dry electrical components
using a non-metallic brush and a weak jet of
air.
After washing the truck
– Dry the truck thoroughly (e.g. with com-
pressed air).
– Start the truck as described.
If moisture has penetrated the motors despite
the precautionary measures, first dry them to
prevent a short! ONLY then operate the truck
to prevent damage due to corrosion.

Check tyres for wear and damage
The running surface of the traction wheel (2),
support wheel (1) and load wheels (3) must be
undamaged.

Single load wheels
85 x 100 mm
Tandem load wheels 85 x 80 mm
– Renew damaged or worn wheels with new
ones.
