– Close the cover band (4) again, refit the cap
(5).
– Refit the removed parts.

DANGER
– Before starting the following work, park the truck
and disconnect the battery plug.
– Remove the front cover.
– Check the fuses (1) for condition.
– Check all cable connections (2) for tight-
ness.
– Tighten all cable clamping screws.
Checking the contactor tips
– Inspect the contactor tips for pitting and
have them replaced if necessary.
– Refit and secure the cover.
