Intended use of the trucks
CAUTION
This machine is designed for order picking (col-
lecting and gathering together items stored in the
warehouse before dispatch), horizontal transport
tasks and entering and removing pallets to and from
stock.
The dimensions and capacity of the trailers, pallets
or containers must be adapted to the load being
transported and must ensure stability.
The table of characteristics and performance
attached to this user manual gives you some of the
information you need to check that the equipment
is suitable for the work being carried out.
Any specific usage must be authorised by the
site manager; an analysis of the potential risks
associated with this usage will enable him to put in
place any necessary additional safety measures.
Checks and actions prior to use
Daily pre-operational checks and
services
WARNING
Do not operate the truck until it is properly repaired
if any damage or faults are detected on the truck
or attachment (Option) during the following inspec-
tions. Safety features and switches must not be
removed or disabled. Fixed settings must not be
altered.
– Report any faults to the supervisors.
WARNING
Operation of the truck is only permissible with the
lids and flaps closed and with all covers in place.
Daily checks before use
The following checks must be performed on a
daily basis in order to keep your truck in good
condition and to operate safely. These checks
supplement and do not replace the scheduled
maintenance operations.
