Checking the air gap
– Release the brake.
– Measure the gap (1) with a feel
er gauge.
Min air gap: 0.3 mm
Max air gap: 0.8 mm
WARNING
– Renew the brake disk, when the max. gap is
reached.

Measuring the braking force
– Put the rated load o
n the truck.
WARNING
Keep the braking distance and a sufficient safety
distance clear.
– Drive the truck forward at 6 km/h.
– Operate the brake and measure the braking
distance.
Max. braking distance: 1.2 m
– If the braking distance is longer, have the
brake adjusted by your Service.
WARNING

brake.
