Adjusting the support wheel
NOTE
The wear of the traction wheel can be partially
compensated by adjusting the support wheel.
– Secure the pallet truck and place the
traction wheel on a support 5 - 8 mm thick.
– Loosen the support wheel clamping screw
(4).
– Screw in stop screw (5) on the support
wheel until the support wheel rests on the
ground.
– Tighten the clamping screw (4).

Tightening traction wheel mounting nuts
– Check the wheel mounting nuts (6) for
tightness, tightening them if necessary.
Torque:
140 Nm
.
Servicing the battery
CAUTION
Before performing any work on the electrical in-
stallation, remove any power from the system by
disconnecting the battery connector.
Battery maintenance precautions
Keep the battery cell lid dry and clean. Neu-
tralise spilled electrolyte immediately. Termi-
nals and cable lugs should be clean, slightly
