Maintenance safety instructions
Safety measures for maintenance
and repair
To prevent accidents during maintenance and
repair, perform all necessary safety measures
such as:
Ensure that the truck is secured against in-
advertent movement or accidental starting
(disconnect the battery connector).
Work on the electrical equipment
Work on the electrical equipment of the truck
is only allowed with the electrical system dead.
Function checks, inspections and adjustments
on live parts may only be carried out by trained
and authorized staff under observance of
suitable precautions. Rings, metal bracelets,
etc. must be removed before working on
electric components.

ntrol, remove them from

ing any electric welding.
