Objects
Tomanipulateanobjectonthebuildtrayorassigncharacteristicstoit(model
material,buildingstyleetc.),youmustfirstselecttheobject.Youselectan
objectbyclickingit,eitheronthetrayorinthemodeltree.Itsimageonthe
buildtraychangescolor(tolightblue,bydefault)anditsnameishighlighted
inthemodeltree.Youcanselectmultipleobjectsbydrawingaboxaround
themwiththemousecursor,orbypressingtheCtrlorShiftkeyswhile
clickingadditionalobjects.
Alternatively,selectorde-selectobjectsusingthefollowingEditmenu
commands:
•SelectAll
•InvertSelection
•UndoSelectobject

Objects
Ifyouneedtoduplicateobjectsonthebuildtray,youcaninsertthesame
objectfromitsfilemorethanonce.Aneasierway,however,istocopyand
pastetheobject.Youcancopyobjectsfromthebuildtrayorthemodeltree—
individualormultiplepartsorassemblies.Theobjectscopiedremaininthe
Windowsclipboarduntilyoupastethemontothebuildtray.
