Connecting Data Hosts to the 2530 Array
Data transmission between the host and the controllers in the array module is
through Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) cables.
All connections from the host to the
controllers are direct connections. FIGURE 5-1 shows an example of a direct host
connection from a single data host with dual HBAs.
