Clean and oil valve guide bore after reaming.

3. Install valve guide to cylinder head as follows.
(1) Heat cylinder head to a temperature of 80 – 100°C
(176 – 212°F).
Apply heat uniformly so that head will not be dis
torted.
(2) Use special tools to drive new valve guide into hole.
Drive in new valve guide until special tool (valve guide
installer attachment) contacts cylinder head.
(3) After installing, check valve guide protrusion
