12-4 CONSTRUCTIONS
• Remove the handlebars.
REMOUNTING
Remount the handlebars in the reverse order of removal and
pay attention to the following points:
• Install the handlebars with the punched mark
A aligned with
the matching surface
B of the handlebar holder.
• Set the punched mark
C on the handlebar clamp forward.
• Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts to the specified torque.
! Handlebar clamp bolt: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.0 lb-ft)
NOTE:
When tightening the handlebar clamp bolts, first tighten the bolts
1 and then tighten the bolts
2.
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE to the throttle cable and
their hole.
" 99000-25030: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” (USA)
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” (Others)
• Align the “ ” mark on the throttle grip with the hole on the
throttle rotor.
