Suzuki RM 250 2003 - Piston and Piston Ring

4-4 CYLINDER, CYLINDER HEAD AND PISTON
• Remove the exhaust valve rod bolt

• Remove the cylinder nuts.
NOTE:
Loosen the cylinder nuts diagonally.
• Remove the radiator lower mounting bolts (left & right) and
move the radiator forward.
• Remove the cylinder.
NOTE:
Take care not to drop the exhaust side valve spacer

• Remove the gasket
6 and dowel pins.
PISTON AND PISTON RING
• Remove the piston pin circlip

NOTE:
Place cloth under the piston to prevent the piston pin circlip from
dropping into the crankcase chamber.
• Remove the piston pin

• Remove the piston.
• Remove the conrod small end bearing
