Suzuki Vinson LT-A500F - Front Secondary Driven Output Shaft

4-6 SHAFT DRIVE AND DIFFERENTIAL
REAR SECONDARY DRIVEN OUTPUT SHAFT
• Tighten the new rear output joint nut to the specified torque.
H Rear output joint nut: 100 N m (10.0 kgf-m, 72.5 Ib-ft)
• Bend the collar of the nut © into the notch in the shaft.
FRONT SECONDARY DRIVEN OUTPUT SHAFT
• Tighten the new front drive output yoke nut to the specified
torque.
[5 Front drive output yoke nut:
100 N m (10.0 kgf-m, 72.5 Ib-ft)
NOTE:
When installing the universal joint, take care not to drop the
needle rollers from the cage.
A CAUTION
Replace the removed C-ring with a new one.
