Suzuki Vinson LT-A500F - Range Lever Removal and Disassembly

REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING
Reassemble and remount the selection shift lever in the
reverse order of removal and disassembly. Pay attention to the
following point:
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the selection shift
lever holder, spacer, mating surface of the selection shift
lever, and O-rings.
For USA
99000-25030: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
For the other countries
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
NOTE:
Adjust the selection lever cable, after installing the selection
shift lever and its cable. (CZT 7-63 and 7-64)
RANGE LEVER
REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the front fender. 7-6)
• Disconnect the range lever cable.
• Remove the range lever bracket.
• Remove the range lever arm.
