COOLING FAN THERMO SWITCH
The cooling fan is secured behind the radiator by four bolts and is automatically controlled by the thermo
switch. The thermo switch remains open when the temperature of the engine coolant is low, but closes
when the temperature reaches approximately 88°C (190T) setting the cooling fan in motion.

REMOVAL
• Remove the front fender. (ZZT 7-6)
• Disconnect the cooling fan thermo switch coupler and
remove the cooling fan thermo switch.
