Remove the four screws [78] (TOOL:
6mm hexagon key wrench) to disas-
semble the shaft and the connecting
rod.
During reassembly, apply Loc-
tite 243 and tighten the screws
[78] with a torque wrench set
to 38 Nm [28 lbf-ft] .
During the reassembly procedure:
_Match the hole of the pulley with the hole of the central component and reassemble them.
_Reverse the pulley and reassemble the four nuts [76] (TOOL: 13mm open end wrench). Then
tighten them with a torque wrench set to 10 Nm [7.4 lbf-ft]
