IMPORTANT TIP!
The commands above marked with a
!
symbol should generally not be used. Using
these commands is likely to interfere with normal operation, and in some cases, may
destroy the firmware settings on the motherboard (and would require that the unit
be returned to Telos for reprogramming).
7.4.2 Ethernet 10Base-T control
A Telnet session can access the same functions available over the RS-232 port (see
section 7.4.1 for a list of commands available). Simply use your favorite FTP client
to FTP to the IP address of the TWOx12 you wish to control.
Or client software (such as our Assistant Producer 2.0 call screening system) can
connect to IP Port socket 5001 (decimal). If you desire to write computer software to
