What to do if Telos Telephone says Ready but calls do not complete?

If your Telos Telephone system says 'Ready' but calls don't complete, and either returns to 'Ready' or remains 'Waiting', it might be due to the ISDN lines being set up as Centrex service. Try dialing with a 9, 8, 7, or 6 before the number. If local calls work, but long-distance calls don’t go through, the TWOx12 usually displays 'Far end disconnect', or 'No route available' as the ISDN 'Cause' phrase.
