If Sample Run 1 is selected, the top half of the 96-well plate is defined with the samples. If
Sample Run 2 is selected, the bottom half of the 96-well plate is defined with the samples.
This feature allows for two runs with a 96-well plate, if only 48 wells of the physical plate are used.
