2.5.2 Paper exiting mechanism
The paper exit section consists of rollers and guide for making paper exit.
During this process to make the paper exit from an MFP, this section cools down the paper, corrects
curling and discharges static electricity. Paper, which has exited, is stacked on the exit tray of the MFP.

2.5.3 Reversing mechanism
When duplex printing is performed, the paper with its front side printed is made to switchback at the
paper exit section and transported to the path (Automatic Duplexing Unit) to have it reversed. After the
paper is made to made to have its side reversed, it is transported again to the registration roller by the
Automatic Duplexing Unit (ADU).
